As one of 5 sugar free bakeries in the United States, we pride ourselves on taking a tasty, healthy approach to creating sugar free pastries. Judging by the taste, you would never know our products are sugar free. We use only the best products and guarantee the safety of our sweetener. Our Sugar Free Treats Include:

  • Cakes & cupcakes:  Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel Pecan, Red Velvet, Banana, Coconut, Spice, Lemon or Lemon Poppy seed, Orange Cranberry, & German Chocolate. We have bundt cakes (also for mailing.)

  • Cheese cakes: gluten-free cheesecakes either New York style or with fruit, pecan, or pumpkin.

  • Cookies: oatmeal chocolate chip, oatmeal white chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, banana chip, shortbread, pumpkin, & macaroons.

  • Muffins: Banana crunch, apple bran, chocolate chunk, caramel pecan, cranberry orange, coconut, chai tea, lemon poppy seed, SOB (strawberry, orange, banana.)

  • Pastries: cream puffs, chocolate & vanilla Bavarian éclairs, Napoleons, cannoli.

  • Pies: Marionberry, Old Fashioned Apple, Apple Cherry w/crumb top, Cherry, Peach, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Raspberry Rhubarb, Blueberry, Razzelberry (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, marionberry,) Pecan, Blueberry-Peach, and pumpkin. Our cream pies are chocolate, coconut, lemon, and banana.

  • Specialty items: Chocolate Wannabe, Caramel blondie, 3 kinds of brownies, cinnamon rolls, 8” loafs in all cake flavors, parfaits, individual 5” pies. Light and dark chocolates. 6 different hard candies, 5 different chew candies, salt water taffy. 6 different jams, 2 different syrups, 14 flavors salad dressings, 6 flavors BBQ sauces, 4 flavors fudge sauces, honey, and ketchup. All above except chocolate sauces are made with Xylitol. A very clean sweetener and does not promote tooth decay.

  • Bundt Cakes: Sugar Free and Fantastic!

    • Lemon Cream Cake:  A refreshing lemon flavor with just enough tartness to wake the taste buds. Topped with our creamy vanilla cream cheese frosting.

    • Pina Colada Cake: A tropical delight of flavors! Imagine a moist coconut flavored cake with "bits" of pineapple & coconut marbled throughout. then we top this with our cream cheese frosting.

    • Triple Chocolate Delight: Chocoholics dream of this moist chocolate cake with bits of dark chocolate chips inside.  We top this with a chocolate cream cheese frosting.  CHOCOLATE LOVERS UNITE!

    • Strawberry Supreme: Our perfect pink strawberry cake is loaded with bits of fresh strawberries and loaded with flavor to spare. We top this with a wonderful cream cheese frosting. HERE’S TO SUMMER IN THE NORTHWEST.

    • Marion Berry Coffee Cake: Nothing says Oregon more than fresh marion berries.  We take our moist vanilla cake batter and marble marion berries thru out.  We then compliment this moist cake with our cream cheese frosting.  This is great for brunch, afternoon snack, or any excuse you can find!

    • Cranberry Orange Crunch: This light orange flavored cake has bits of orange zest & Oregon cranberries ribboned thru the batter.  We have topped this coffee cake with oats & walnuts and a drizzle of our cream cheese frosting.  Great for rainy days or snacking anytime.

    • German Chocolate: Our moist German chocolate flavored cakes are what dreams are made of.  Then we top it with our sugar-free caramel, coconut & pecan glaze.   Have we got your attention yet?

    • Caramel Pecan: Smooth creamy caramel flavor with crunchy pecans blended to perfection in this moist cake.  Then we top it with our caramel flavored cream cheese.

We DO NOT ADD or USE aspartame, saccharin, honey, fruit juice, Nutri-Sweet, or molasses. Our milk chocolates do have some maltitol, but not the dark chocolate.
